We live in a world where “fear is on every side”. It seems that no matter which direction we look, there is something to be afraid of; imminent war, turbulent economy, depleting finances, increased crime, untrustworthy government, epidemic disease, or simply the fear of the unknown. Anxiety, dread, and hopelessness are at an all time high in our culture, and no one seems to have the answers for this unprecedented crisis. No one, except for God.
Beginning January 26th, ManUp will be hosting a new series titled, Fearless: Living Courageously in Babylon. We will journey in the Book of Daniel learning lessons of bravery and heroic faith in the midst of trial and opposition. We are encouraging every man to join in with us, face all known fears, and venture into a life in Christ that is truly…..Fearless.
AREA 51
Tuesdays, 6-8pm | RoomE
Secrecy. Conspiracy. Off Limits. If Area 51 had a stigma, that would be it. Everyone knows it exists, yet it's still forbidden territory. In the same way, the sexual struggles inside the heart of man are present. Only when he gives someone the clearance of accountability, he can protect himself from self-deception and defeat. Pornography and sexual sin is the great manslayer of our generation, and we are tired of seeing God's men losing the battle in an isolated fortress of secret sin. It's time for full disclosure and to enter Area 51.
Area 51 is an intensive accountability pursuit with scripture, testimony, and a verse-by-verse walk through Psalm 51, charting the course from Confession, to Repentance, and Restoration. You will also be paired with an Advocate for accountability and prayer. Whether you are in the thick of the fight and need accountability, or you want to be your brother's keeper and help as an advocate, there is a spot for you here.
