Walter was born in The Bronx, on November 12, 1958; he is the twelfth of sixteen children. At age 14 Walter was invited to a crusade by one of his sisters, where he came to know the Lord. Shortly after his new birth Walter began attending a Pentecostal church where he was asked to lead the youth ministry.
At age eighteen Walter joined the United States Marine Corp where he served for three years and finished his tour at Camp Pendleton. During his service in the Marines Walter slid away from the LORD. Walter remained in that condition until February 12, 1994 when at Green Oaks Ranch (Casa Raphael), Walter rededicated his life to Jesus.
In July of 1995 Walter moved to Riverside, CA where he pioneered a Spanish Pentecostal church and served as the senior pastor for three years. In 1998 Walter moved to Vista CA, where he and his family soon joined Calvary Chapel Oceanside, Walter became involved and was given the opportunity to serve in the children’s ministry. Thank the Lord for He is good.
Walter is married to his wonderful wife Liz and has four children, Chris, Arcilia, Lottie and Danielle.
Walter was involved in children’s ministry for over five years and currently oversees " Roca Eterna" the Spanish Ministry at Calvary Chapel Oceanside. Walter has a passion to communicate God's word and to develop disciples to become great soul winners to the Spanish speaking community.
